Anssin currently has two core business areas:
1. The MDRC (Modular DIN Rail Components) ecosystem, comprising a range of low-voltage products, including DIN rail sockets, desk sockets, MCBs, RCCBs/RCBOs, timer switches, energy meters, thermostats and hygrostats, heaters, wattmeters, sensor detectors and other low-voltage electrical accessories.
2. The Power Socket series, comprising country-specific sockets designed for various specific scenarios and offering customisation options, including: pop-up sockets, corner sockets, desk power grommets, flip-up sockets, sliding sockets, and desk clamp-mounted sockets.
In which applications (domestic, commercial or industrial) are your products suitable?
Anssin power sockets are widely used in: residential and smart home wiring, desktop power management in commercial offices and meeting rooms, as well as embedded power solutions for kitchen worktops and furniture.
The Anssin MDRC product range is widely used in industrial control cabinets and distribution boxes, smart building power distribution systems, traffic control systems and various other low-voltage control terminals. If you have a specific application in mind, please feel free to contact us for bespoke recommendations.
Have the products obtained CE, UL or other safety certifications?
Yes, all Anssin products are CE-certified and comply with the EU Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) requirements, as well as holding RoHS compliance certificates. For the UK market, we hold UKCA certification, and for the Australian market, we also hold SAA certification. If your target market requires specific certifications (such as UL, INMETRO, IRAM, KC, etc.), please check with our sales team.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Yes, OEM/ODM services are one of Anssin’s core strengths. With over 15 years of experience in design and manufacturing, we offer a one-stop service covering everything from product design and prototyping to mould development and mass production. Whether you require original equipment manufacturing (OEM) or original design manufacturing (ODM), we are able to accommodate your needs.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for OEM customisation?
Anssin supports partnerships with low minimum order quantities; the specific MOQ varies depending on the product type and level of customisation. The MOQ for standard product ranges is typically lower, whilst the MOQ for fully customised products (including those requiring new moulds) is correspondingly higher. Please feel free to contact our sales team to discuss your requirements, and we will provide you with the best possible solution.
How long does it take from design to finished product?
We will provide a preliminary proposal within 3 working days of receiving your requirements, complete the design sketches within 7 days, and the mould development takes approximately 42 days. Once the samples have been approved, we will proceed to mass production. The actual timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the product, and we will confirm the detailed milestones with you before the project commences.
I only have an idea at the moment and no drawings yet. Could you help me develop a new product?
Absolutely. All you need to do is tell us the product’s intended use, functional requirements and general design direction, and our team of engineers will evaluate your idea and provide a feasibility analysis. Design sketches, 3D prototypes and testing can all be provided free of charge within the scope of the project. Anssin sets aside a new product development budget each year for our valued clients, so please feel free to discuss your ideas with us.
Can you provide private label (OEM) services for my brand?
Absolutely. Anssin offers comprehensive private label (OEM) services, including printing your brand name, logo and custom colours on the product itself, the packaging, the instruction leaflet and the labels.
Do you offer factory audits or inspections prior to collaboration?
Absolutely. As an ISO 9001-certified company, we strictly adhere to quality standards and support both video and on-site factory inspections.
What measures are in place to ensure product quality?
Given the nature of overseas sales, our quality control principle is to ensure that non-conforming products never leave the factory through rigorous internal checks at every stage. In the unlikely event that a defective item reaches a customer, we will cover the shipping costs and provide a replacement free of charge.
Do you have any preferential policies for partner clients?
Yes. We offer free shipping on samples to partner clients. For new product development, we provide mould cost reductions. For long-term clients with a good track record, we offer credit terms, training documentation, technical support and a commitment to market protection.
