Round hole type products need to be used with the drill,embedded flush mounted horizonal products need to be used with the cutting machine.
Clamp installation: Clamp installation, I-clamps can fix the product to the edge of the desktop, without drilling or screwing, so that this installation can’t damage the surface of desk or countertop or any worktop else.

Pop up socket installation instructions:
- Lay blue painter’s tape on the surface ofthe wooden table.
- Mark the position of the hole and drill through the tape into the wood. Painter’s tape is a better choice than all-purpose tantape because it adheres less strongly and is easier to pull off.
- Cut a hole in the surface of the countertop about60mm to 65 mm.
- Feed the power cord through the hole through countertop first followed by the main unit, pushing down until the gasket rests on the countertop.
- Feed the power cord through locking flange and thread flange counterclockwise until locked in place against the underside of countertop.
- To open pop up feature, press the cap. The cap will pop out, then pull the cap upward until unit locks into place. To close device, push the red/black plastic locking tab and push down on cover until unit locks.
Flip socket installation instructions:
- Lay blue painter’s tape on the surface ofthe wooden table.
- Mark the position of the hole and drill through the tape into the wood.
- Cut a horizonal hole in the surface of the countertop (hole size according to the socket).
- Put the socket into the hole and secure the socket from the bottom.
- To open pop up feature, press the captoflip it To close device, push down the cap until unit locks.
D06 horizonal Flush mounting installation instructions:
- Lay blue painter’s tape on the surface ofthe wooden table.
- Mark the position of the hole and drill through the tape into the wood.
- Cut ahorizonal hole in the surface of the worktop (hole size according to the socket).
- Put the socket into the hole and make screw to fix the product on the table.
Corner mounted C06 installation instructions:
- Install the socket at the angle between the desk and the wall, or wall and wall, or wall with the cabinet.
- Adjust the position and secure the socket.
- Plug the outlet into power.
Table clamp installation instructions:
- Fix the product to the edge of the desktop.
- Adjust the position and tighten the knobsto secure the socket from the bottom.
- Plug the outlet into power.

Manufacturing:
1-Stamping
Copper strip/copper contact is made of thin metal strip by large high-speed stamping machine. One end of the large coil copper belt is fed into the front end of the stamping machine, and the other end passes through the hydraulic working table of the stamping machine and is wound into the tape feed roller. The copper belt is pulled out and by the tape feed roller rolled up, then the finished products are stamped out.
Anssin stamping process is produced with high-speed punching machines, and progressive dies are designed and developed to form one piece.
2-Injection molding

3-Aluminum extrusion
